邓正等参加半导体材料国际会议

　 　2019年10月27-31日，邓正、赵国强、于爽三人赴郑州参加第19届II-VI族化合物及相关材料国际会议（II-VI 2019）。II-VI族化合物及相关材料国际会议始于1983年，是半导体界重要的国际会议之一。邓正等三人分别作了“A new type of diluted magnetic semiconductors with independently charge and spin doping”，“A substantial increase of Curie temperature in a new type of diluted magnetic semiconductors via effects of chemical pressure”，“Single Crystal Synthesis and Spin Polarization Measurements of “BZA” Based Diluted Magnetic Semiconductor”的口头报告，并收到了热烈的反响。
