男,中科院物理研究所副研究员

  2005年于吉林大学获得博士学位,主要从事超硬材料的制备及相关性能的研究工作。在立方氮化硼(cBN)的高温高压合成研究方面,发现一种新的cBN合成方法,并已申请国家专利;同时,在高温高压条件下金刚石大单晶的生长研究方面,解决了无色透明金刚石单晶长时间生长的关键技术问题,成功生长出尺寸约4mm的无色透明金刚石单晶。

  2005 年~ 2007 年在清华物理系应用超导研究中心做博士后。期间研制一台可控氧气氛的热等静压设备,研究了无密封包套Bi系高温超导导线的等静压热处理实验现象,解决了热等静压法制备Bi系导线工业化过程中会遇到的技术难点问题。

  2008年至今于物理所工作,与所在研究组成员共同发现“111”型LiFeAs铁基高温超导体,工作主要侧重于压力调控的新材料和其奇异物理现象的研究。

  在上述科研工作的基础上,目前共申请专利 3 项,发表文章七十余篇,其中一篇文章X.C. Wang, et.al.“ The superconductivity at 18 K in LiFeAs system, Solid State Commun. 148, 538 (2008)”已经被引用超过650次。
