刘清青: 女, 中科院物理所副研究员 2006年3月中国科学院物理研究所获理学博士学位。2006年3月至2008年1月于北京大学物理学院博士后工作。2008年1月进入中国科学院物理研究所极端条件物理重点实验室工作,同年被聘为副研究员,期间曾多次赴日本冈山大学进行短期访问研究。 研究方向:高温超导及其关联体系化合物的新材料研制和奇异特性研究 研究经历:主要从事的工作是类钙钛矿结构化合物的高压极端条件合成和基本物性研究。在高压极端条件新型高温超导体的研制及物性研究方面率先得到了一系列有意义的研究结果,包括利用顶角氧掺杂机制,高压高温合成发现了Tc~39K的新的超导体Sr2CuO2+σCl2-x,为研究[CuO2]平面的准二维特性提供了一个新的理想材料体系。高压高温合成得到了单相的顶角氧部分填充型的Sr2CuO3+σ超导体,利用退火处理将Tc从75K提高到95K,这是在含单层[CuO2]平面的体系中得到的最高超导转变温度。高压高温合成得到了单相的顶角氧部分填充型的 Sr2CuO3+σ超导体,提出顶角氧有序化的促进Tc的掺杂机制 , 利用该机制在含单层[CuO2]平面的体系中得到95K的超导转变。利用高压高温多重条件首次合成了钙钛矿型的 BaRuO3,研究了其基本的物理性质,发现它是一个很好的铁磁金属。在上述研究工作的基础上,合作发表学术论文二十多篇,申请新材料专利多项。 1.
