主要研究工作简介:

  主要从事扩展的压力温度多场空间新型量子功能和新能源材料研制和物性表征研究,作为主要研究人和合作者共同发现了多个具有重要特性的量子功能材料新体系和近百种高压新物质和新相和结构:设计并研制发现液氮温区“三高”超导材料Cu1234、铁基超导四大体系之一的“111”体系、独立实验发现钙基近室温富氢超导体、连续刷新元素超导温度记录;设计并研制发现自旋电荷分别掺杂的新一代稀磁半导体;具有应用前景的新型含能材料;发现首个压力诱导的拓扑材料超导、多个巡游金属新体系、磁电耦合材料等、领导开展了我国第1台基于金刚石压砧的超高压、低温、强磁场综合实验装置(1999)、紧装式6~8型二级推进型超高压合成装置(2011)、高压变温流体合成和在位谱学表征联合实验系统(2013)等多项高压综合极端条件材料合成和表征技术的研发。相关研究成果已通过中科院组织的专家鉴定共2项,填补国内技术空白,分别达到当时国际领先和先进水平。以上研究成果以文章形式在自然及子刊(Nature 3篇+Nature Physics 1篇+Nature Commu 18篇)、美国科学院院(10篇)、JACS+PRL和PRX+Advanced Materials+Chem Mat等合计60余篇、APL+PRB+JAP 120余篇,合计发表SCI学术论文300多篇(多篇文章入选封面);第一和通讯作者在Nature等期刊发表文章200余篇;研究成果得到包括Nature, Science、Review Mod Phys等著名学术期刊的评述和国际同行的广泛引用,他引8000余次,单篇最高引用>800;研究成果编入多部经典学术专著和手册及领域路线图(如C.P. Poole “Handbook of Superconductivity”; J.K. Furdyna”Synthesis, magnetic properties and room temperature spintronic”;IEEE Magnetic Society “Roadmap for emerging magnetic materials for spintronic device applications”),参与组织撰写了中国材料工程大典部分章节(第8卷第3篇第7章主编;信息功能材料卷第13篇共同主编)。授权36项新材料和技术发明专利,含3项国际授权专利。受邀国际会议大会\主题\邀请报告80多个,包括国际高压科学和技术大会(AIRAPT)50分钟Plenary报告、欧洲高压科学技术大会全会报告、超导材料和机理大会(M2S)、美国材料学会(MRS)、欧洲材料学会、美国物理学会年会(APS March Meeting)等大型系列国际会议上的多个邀请报告,研究成果得到多个国际会议主题报告重点引用。出任30多个极端条件、材料等国际会议国际顾问委员会、程序委员会委员和分会主席,作为共同主席组织了美国材料学会(MRS)卫星会议(2008),作为大会主席组织了第6届=亚洲高压科学技术国际大会、第26届国际高压科学技术大会暨第8届亚洲高压科学研讨会及第19届中国高压科学技术会议联合会议组委会主席。

  Jointly found more than 30 new high pressure states or phases including: Cu12(n-1)n superconducting system; “02(n-1)n”Cl superconducting homologous series; “111” type iron based superconducting system(2008); new generation diluted magnetic semiconductor(DMS) with decoupled spin charge doping; superconductivity in topological quantum compounds induced via pressure; new perovskite quantum metal compounds; Jointly hold 18 patents about new materials.

  Author & coauthor of more than 300 SCI publications in peer reviewed international journals including 13 in Nature Journals (1 Nature、1 Nature Physics、8 Nature Communications), 6 in PNAS, 6 in JACS, 23 PRL(PRX), more than 120 in APL+PRB+JAP.

  More than 80 invited presentations at international conferences or symposiums. Chair of 26th International Conference on High Pressure Science & Technology.
